Gift Card Policy – J29

1. Redemption

Gift Cards can be redeemed for any item in our collection. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem, simply enter your unique gift card code at checkout. The gift card balance will be applied to your order total. If the gift card balance is less than the order total, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method.

2. Delivery

Gift cards are delivered digitally via email with a unique code immediately after purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it.

3. Expiry

Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

4. Balance & Checking

Customers can check their remaining balance by entering the gift card code during checkout.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or returned once purchased.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards, but replacement may be issued at our discretion.

6. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used toward taxes, shipping, or prior purchases.

7. Legal

Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gift Card are issued by J29 and is subject to Australian Consumer Law.
