General Information
  • This website is owned and operated by J29 (ABN: 77 481 860 623).
  • The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to J29.
  • The terms “you” and “your” refer to customers, clients, or website visitors.
Use of this Website
  • All content, images, and artworks on this site are the property of J29 unless otherwise stated.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or use artworks or images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Artwork Sales & Commissions
  • Orders & Payment: Orders must be paid in full before shipment or, in the case of commissions, before work begins (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Custom Commissions: Commissioned artwork is created in collaboration with the client. Once approved, commissions are non-refundable.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage during shipping passes to you once the item has been handed to the courier.
Refunds & Returns
  • We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
  • We do not offer refunds for “change of mind”.
  • Custom commissions cannot be returned or refunded once completed and approved.
Intellectual Property
  • All artworks remain the intellectual property of J29.
  • Purchase of artwork does not grant reproduction rights.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute artworks without permission.
Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products.
Privacy
  • Personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
