Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery Timeframe
Domestic (Australia): Once processed, items typically arrive in about 2–6 business days.
International: After processing, items typically arrive in about 6–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Risk of Loss & Damage
All items are carefully packaged for safe delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the artwork is handed over to the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
